ZIMSEC 2020 Ordinary Level results are now out. 2020 was a tough year for candidates. Exam classes only went to school during the first term of 2020 but the government insisted on administering public examinations which were completed early this year. Those who wrote their exams are now eagerly waiting for the results. According to ZIMSEC there was a 2.1% decline in the pass rate. Students should be able to access the results online soon.

November 2020 examinations are now out. Candidates should be able to view them online soon. If you are unable to view the results and are unable to do so be patient, either the results server is down or there are so many people trying to access their results at the same time resulting in the servers being overwhelmed.
Yes. The results are out and students will be able to view them online soon.
Results can be accessed online on the ZIMSEC examinations portal. You can view the results by clicking on this link or alternatively click on this link. You can also get your results the traditional way by visiting your centre and collecting a results slip. As we saw from the release of Grade 7 results, ZIMSEC is now using multiple servers in order to deal with congestion during peak periods when everyone wants to see their exams. Students will have a server assigned for their region based on where they undertook their exams e.g. Manicaland or Matabeleland.
First, you need to know that there are delays between when announcements are made and when the results can actually be viewed online in the portal. Sometimes the results servers go down or are overwhelmed by traffic. Do not panic just try again when they are likely to be less busy or when they come back up online again.. Also, note that the examinations board has caved in to pressure from schools and they now have the power to restrict what you can see. So if the servers are up but you cannot log in you might need to get in touch with your school.
Make sure to create a username and password first If you keep failing to login please get in touch with your school and they should be able to assist you. When creating your username and password you have to make sure you have the correct candidate details i.e. the details should match those you used when you wrote last year.
