Following public outcry over “exorbitant” ZIMSEC registration fees, the Minister of Education Cain Mathema has reversed the increase with immediate effect. The government will come up with new fees and inform the public in due course.
However, it is important to note that the registration deadlines still stand. Please make sure you register with your desired centre before the deadline comes into effect. You will be asked to pay last year’s fees. When the new registration fees are decided, these will be in all certainty higher than last year’s, you will be asked to top-up.
